DIA/Boy Scouts of America Redux

       Monday's blog told of the disappointment felt by the BSA when told by the DIA that they would not be able to take part in the flag ceremony Saturday prior to the Illinois football game.  For details, check yesterday's blog.

     Now, the Scouts are happy.

     The DIA informed them Tuesday morning that 100 scouts will be permitted for the on-the-field flag ceremony after all.

     Don't know who is responsible for the change in plans, but seems to me to be a GOOD CALL.
